Calming Hot Chocolate | 10 min recipe

Don't walk, RUN and grab your slippers, pajamas, weighted blanket, etc. It's winter time, baby.



  • Hot chocolate mix, cacao powder or however you prefer creating your hot chocolate

  • 1/2 scoop joe'y

  • Cinnamon



  1. Make your hot chocolate [we like Land O Lakes Chocolate Supreme]

  2. Add 1/2 scoop of joe'y and mix until dissolved

  3. Add a few taps cinnamon

  4. Add coconut butter or whipped cream to taste

  5. Bonus: Mucuna also makes an excellent pairing and can help boost your mood while boosting the flavor profile of this classic drink
