Peanut butter joe'y... peanut butter joe'y... peanut butter joe'y time!


  • 1medium banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp joe’y
  • 1 cup milk
  • Optional: 1 tbsp whey protein


  1. Add banana, peanut butter, joe’y, milk, and whey protein into blender

  2. Blend until well combined

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
