We want getting Joe'y to be as easy as drinking it. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, and PO boxes. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times than the continental U.S.

We are not currently shipping internationally, but we're working on it! Tag us on social media to let us know where you'd like us to ship next.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed before 12pm EST / 9am PST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after that cutoff are processed starting the next business day.

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.


Delivery Timeframes

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may take longer.

We ship via all major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be shown in your shipment confirmation email.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. We appreciate your patience when they do.


Shipping Costs

  • Subscription orders: Always free shipping, on every order.
  • One-time orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our site and emails for those.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at support@drinkjoey.com or call +1 (267) 478-3038 and we will reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.

Please reach out within 30 days of your expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
