1 medium-sized baking sheet/tray
Ingredients

¾ cup of any nut/seed butter of your choosing

⅓ cup of honey

2 tablespoons coconut oil

⅛ teaspoon vanilla

2 cups oats
-
2 scoops joe'y
-
3 tablespoons flaxseed
-
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
-
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

1-2 oz. dark chocolate bits to taste
Instructions

Combine butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla in a heat-safe bowl

Fill a deep pan with 1-2 inches of water

Heat water to a simmer and place bowl over it

Stir until the mixture is fully combined and smooth, then let cool

In a different bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly

Add the butter mixture to the dry mixture and stir until new mixture is sticky and fully mixed

Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper and press the combined mixture into an even layer [or separate into whatever shape you prefer]

Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
