No Bake Chocolate Brownies | 20 min recipe

Total servings

  • 1 small to medium tray



  • 1 cup coconut flakes

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 2 cups packed pitted dates

  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder

  • ¼ cup nut/seed butter of your choosing

  • 2 scoops joe'y

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Vegan frosting [optional]

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • ¼ cup coconut cream

  • ¼ cup nut/seed butter of your choosing [we recommend coconut for taste]

  • ¼ cup syrup of your choosing

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract



  1. Lightly grease a small to medium muffin tray or baking pan

  2. Mix ingredients into food processor or blender [in order of size, finishing with your powders]

  3. Blend until ingredients are mixed and mixture holds together when firmly pressed

  4. Pour mix into pan or tray and place in fridge for 2-4 hours to set

Vegan frosting [optional]

  1. Pour ingredients into blender [in order of thickness, ending with powder]

  2. Blend until silky smooth

  3. Pour into serving bowl and place in fridge for 2-4 hours to firm

  4. Spread across brownies and enjoy
