¼ cup nut/seed butter of your choosing [we recommend coconut for taste]

¼ cup syrup of your choosing

¼ cup cacao powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Lightly grease a small to medium muffin tray or baking pan

Mix ingredients into food processor or blender [in order of size, finishing with your powders]

Blend until ingredients are mixed and mixture holds together when firmly pressed

Pour mix into pan or tray and place in fridge for 2-4 hours to set
Vegan frosting [optional]

Pour ingredients into blender [in order of thickness, ending with powder]

Blend until silky smooth

Pour into serving bowl and place in fridge for 2-4 hours to firm
