Refund policy

We stand behind Joe'y 100%. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we'll make it right — no questions asked, no time limit.


Our Guarantee

If something is wrong with your order — wrong product, damaged item, or you're simply not satisfied — contact us and we will issue a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. Your refund will be returned to your original form of payment.

There is no time limit on refunds. We trust our customers.


Exchanges

We handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like to exchange a product, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If an exchange is approved:

  • The price you paid for the original product will be applied toward the new product.
  • If the new product costs less, we'll refund you the difference.
  • If the new product costs more, we'll charge you the difference.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  2. Select or note "Returns and Exchanges" as the subject
  3. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

Once we have your order number, we'll get the process started right away.


Processing Time

Please allow 7–14 business days for your return or exchange to be fully processed after we receive your request. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.


Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items — these will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
