The four things to know

Any order. Not just the most recent. Every Joe'y order you've ever placed.
Any reason. “Didn't love it,” “tried something else,” “changed my mind.” All fine. No explanation needed.
Any time. No 30-day window. No 90-day window. No deadline.
Keep the product. Nothing to return. Share it with a friend, compost the bag, whatever. We're good.

How to get your refund

Tell us your order number (or the email address you used at checkout).
We'll process the refund to your original payment method. You'll see it on your card in 5–10 business days.

The fine print (there isn't much)

Two items are excluded from the Lifetime Money-Back Guarantee:

Gift cards are non-refundable.
Final-sale items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout) are non-refundable.
